Warranty Policy Update – Effective May 1, 2025
Please be advised that our warranty policy will be updated effective May 1, 2025. These changes are being made to better align our warranty coverage with evolving product standards and customer service improvements.
We strongly encourage all customers to review the updated policy in full, available on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Important Product Registration Information
To activate your LUNA’MOUR limited warranty, you must register your device using our online form (see above) and keep a valid receipt from an authorized retailer (such as lunamour.co or select professional partners).
Devices purchased from unauthorized sellers (including third-party Amazon or eBay vendors) are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage
We warrant that all LUNA’MOUR devices are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered issue arises, we will repair or replace your device with one of equal or greater value.
What’s Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, or neglect
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Register Your Device
1. Register your device easily using our online form above.
2. Keep a copy of your purchase receipt for your records. (There is no time limit — register anytime after purchase for warranty coverage.)

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue:
1. Ensure your device is registered. (See above)
2. Send an email to: hello@lunamour.co with the Subject Line: Warranty Claim Inquiry with detailed information of the issues you are experiencing with your device.
3. Once your claim has been submitted and approved by our Care Team, you will be directed to submit payment for the S&H fee of your device replacement.
Shipping & Handling Fee:
• $29.99 USD within the USA
• $49.99 USD for international customers (plus any applicable customs fees)
We only accept debit/credit cards.

Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs as noted above. LUNA’MOUR is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Terms and Conditions
• Whether you purchase your LUNA’MOUR device directly from us or from an authorized retailer, your order is initially covered under the return/exchange policy of that retailer.
• If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please follow the retailer’s return timeframe and policy.
• In addition, all LUNA’MOUR beauty devices come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty, ensuring long-term protection after the retailer’s return window closes.
• Please keep a copy of your original purchase receipt for future reference.
