    Near-Infrared & Red Light Therapy — Near-Infrared (850nm+) and Red (630nm)

    The deepest-reaching setting, and the most-studied wavelength range in light therapy. Designed to support firmer, smoother-looking skin and soften the appearance of fine lines with consistent use.

    Yellow Light Therapy — 590nm

    Designed to support radiance and a brighter, more rested-looking complexion.

    Blue Light Therapy — 415nm

    Press and hold the power button for about 1.5 seconds.

    Choosing your settings

    Press the M button to switch between red, blue and yellow light. Short press the power button to cycle through the three energy levels. Press and hold M for about 1.5 seconds to set your session length: 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes. Once colour, duration and intensity are set, your treatment begins.

    How often

    No more than 30 minutes per day. Consistency matters far more than long sessions, so a shorter session most days beats an occasional long one.

    Prep and pairing

    Use on clean, dry skin. For an enhanced session, apply the Lumi LED Amplifier Essence beforehand, then follow with your usual serum and moisturiser afterwards.

    Afterwards

    Clean the mask with a soft dry cloth or a wet wipe. That is the whole maintenance routine.

    Do not use over broken or irritated skin, and use SPF daily as you would with any light-based device. Speak to your physician first if you are pregnant or have a condition affecting your skin or eyes.
