    HOW TO USE

    To turn the device on, press and hold the power button for approx. 1.5 seconds.

    To select your desired light setting, press the “M” button to switch between Red, Blue, or Yellow light.

    To select your desired light intensity setting, short press the power button to cycle through the 3 energy levels.

    To set your desired treatment length, press and hold the “M” button for approx. 1.5 seconds. Choose from 10, 15, 20, or 30 minute sessions.

    We recommend using the mask for no more than 30 minutes per day.

    Once color, duration, and intensity have been selected; you can begin your treatment.

    After use, clean the mask with a soft, dry cloth or a wet wipe.
