Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) : HR MODE | SC MODE | RA MODE
Each mode emits pulses of light, at different wavelengths in order to perform different treatments on the skin:
- HR (Hair Removal) - Utilizes the penetrability of strong pulses
(640 -900nm) to help reach deep within the hair follicles causing them to generate instantaneous high temperature, thus causing the follicles to be destroyed and ultimately, slow the rate of growth in order to achieve the hair removal effect.
- SC (Skin Conditioning) - IPL as a light source (550 -800 nm) may activate substances to help address various skin texture concerns such as dark spots, sun spots, discoloration, and broken capillaries.
- RA (Radiance Amplifier) - During IPL treatment (400-700 nm), the light energy helps destroy acne & blemish causing bacteria in the pores of the skin which may result in smoother, more radiant skin.
