LunaLift uses EMS to gently stimulate the facial muscles, which may help support circulation and a more toned, firmer, lifted-looking appearance with regular use.

Level three adds vibration alongside the stimulation. Each level is signalled by one, two or three beeps so you always know where you are.

These studies concern the technology in general rather than this device specifically.

The LunaLift fits snugly around the lower back of the head, with the conductor area positioned under the cheekbones. It can be used without creams, serums or oils — though a conductive product heightens the effect.

1. Press the ON/OFF button to turn the device on. It starts automatically at EMS Level 1.

2. Press the same button to cycle through the intensity levels — one, two or three beeps tells you which level you are on.

3. For your first session, use on clean dry skin. For a stronger sensation, apply a cream, serum or gel — or simply a splash of water.

4. Position the device so the metal plates sit slightly below the cheekbones. Avoid the temples, under-eyes and jawline directly.

5. Turn off, wipe down and store in a cool, dry place when finished.

Start on Level 1 and build up gradually as your skin adjusts — there is no advantage to starting high.
