Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)

Gentle electrical impulses travel through the skin to the muscles beneath, producing rhythmic contractions. Working the muscles this way may help support a more toned-looking appearance over time — much like any other form of training, it rewards consistency.

Near-Infrared Light — 760–895nm

The infrared spectrum runs from roughly 700nm to 0.1mm and divides into near, mid and far infrared. The longer the wavelength, the lower the frequency and the deeper the light reaches. The NuFit Pro uses near-infrared, which generates gentle warmth at the surface and is designed to support circulation and a comfortable, relaxed session.

Red Light Therapy

Red light is the most-studied wavelength in light therapy. Delivered alongside the EMS and infrared warmth, it is designed to support smoother, firmer-looking skin across the treatment area.

The NuFit Pro is a cosmetic device for the look and feel of your skin and the appearance of muscle tone. It is not a weight-loss device, not a medical device, and not a substitute for diet or exercise. Individual results vary.

How often

At least one 10-minute session a day. The device can be used up to an hour a day — six 10-minute treatments in total — if you want to. The goal is to reach muscle fatigue by contracting and releasing frequently and consistently.

Starting a session

When you turn the device on it starts at Level One for EMS, with the red light and infrared already active.

Adjusting intensity

Press the ON/OFF button (bottom right of the controller) to pause the session. You can then press the EMS button (top right) to step up the intensity — the number of lit segments on the controller circle shows your level.

Or use a Quick Start Program (bottom left). Each press moves to the next: Beginner is intensity level 2, Intermediate is level 5, and Advanced is level 8.

While paused, you can also turn the red light and infrared off with the LED button (top left). Leave it alone and they stay on for the session.

Press ON/OFF once more to begin your 10-minute session.

Reading the controller

Blinking lights mean a session is running. Steady lights mean it is paused and you can change your settings.

Do not use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have epilepsy. Speak to your physician first if you have any medical condition.
