Electrical Muscle Stimulation

Electrical muscle stimulation is electrical impulses sent through the skin to target muscles. This is known as current that causes rythmic muscle contractions. By contracting the muscles, they get trained on the body will look better toned over time.

Near Infrared Light

The infrared spectrum is between 700 nm to 0.1 mm in wavelength, which can be divided into near, mid, and far infrared spectrum. The longer the wavelength, the lower the frequency and the further the light can penetrate tissues.

Different ranges of infrared frequency have different health benefits and the NuFit PRO Belt utilizes NIR - Near Infrared Technology.

Near infrared light, with wavelengths between 700 – 1400 nm, generates the most heat but does not penetrate deep into human tissues.

The 760 – 895 nm range of near infrared light used in the NuFit PRO Belt can stimulate the mitochondria function, which can increase metabolism, help improve tissue repair, and help reduce inflammation.

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy has helped remove “stubborn” fat that diet and exercise have failed to get rid of. It is a non-invasive procedure and a popular form of body sculpting. The red and infrared light penetrate the skin to the layer where it breaks down part of the cell membrane. This allows stored fat cells to leach out, shrink and be removed through your body’s natural waste removal process.

USAGE: 

The NUFIT PRO was designed to be safe and effective for daily use in order to target the abdominal region.

The goal is to reach muscle fatigue by contracting and releasing the abdominal muscles frequently and consistently.

We recommend using the device at least once a day for a 10-minute treatment.

The device can be used up to an hour a day - six 10-minute treatments in total, if desired.

When you turn your device on, it will automatically start at LEVEL ONE for the EMS technology & the Red Light/Infrared technology will be activated.

To switch to a higher intensity level or adjust your QSP - Quick Start Program (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced) simply press the ON/OFF button again (located at bottom right corner of controller) - this will "PAUSE" your treatment session. 

Now you are able to select your desired intensity level by either pressing the EMS button (located at top right corner of controller) OR by pressing the QSP - Quick Start Program (located at bottom left corner of controller) 

Each time you press the EMS button; you are increasing the intensity level which will be indicated by the number of lights shown on the circle of the controller.

If you choose to opt for a QSP - Quick Start Program; 

Every press of the QSP button corresponds to a different program:

Beginner - Intensity Level 2

Intermediate - Intensity Level 5

Advanced - Intensity Level 8

At this time, while treatment is on "PAUSE", you may choose to turn off the Red Light/Infrared technology by pressing the LED button (located at top left corner of controller.)

If you do not press the LED button, Red Light/Infrared technology will remain on during your treatment.

Once you've selected your desired settings, press the ON/OFF button once more to begin your 10-minute session.

Helpful Tip: 

When the lights on the circle of the controller are BLINKING - your treatment is IN SESSION

When the lights on the circle of the controller are STEADY - your treatment is PAUSED and you may choose your desired settings.
