1. Start by applying body oil to the areas you wish to massage.
2. Hold the tool horizontally and begin with gentle strokes, moving from the ankle towards the inner thigh in an upward direction. Repeat this motion 3-5 times per leg.
3. Now, hold the tool vertically and use soft upward strokes on the outer thigh. Continue this motion for the back of the legs.
Repeat 3-5 times per leg.
4. For the arms, hold the tool vertically and smoothly glide it from the wrist to the armpit. Repeat this motion on the outer parts of the arm. Perform 3-5 strokes on each arm.
5.When massaging the torso area, use gentle downward strokes towards the hip bone:
